Every website project is different. Some clients need a few thoughtful adjustments to an existing site, while others are starting from the beginning. I offer website design and consulting services for artists and other creative professionals.
Many artists already have a website but feel that something about it isn’t quite working. Navigation may have grown complicated, important information can be hard to find, or the work itself isn’t being presented as clearly as it could be.
My goal is to bring clarity and structure to creative websites so visitors can easily explore the work and connect with the artist behind it.
Since 2006, I have built more than 250 websites for artists and other creative professionals, gaining a deep understanding of how creative work is presented online.
I bring several years of experience working with artists on the marketing side of their websites through my work with FASO’s marketing team. During that time I assisted trial members and reviewed artist websites for marketing best practices, and have helped artists transitioning to Artful Square by FASO with tasks such as URL mapping during website transfers and guidance on search visibility and overall website organization.

FASO (Fine Art Studio Online)
FASO is a platform designed specifically for artists. It simplifies many aspects of building and maintaining an art website so artists can spend less time managing their site and more time creating their work. FASO includes integrated tools for managing artwork, marketing, and selling art online, along with access to their FASO Circle of Marketing, which provides webinars, articles, and community resources focused specifically on art marketing. I have worked extensively with FASO for many years and have built websites for artists across a wide range of disciplines.
Artful Square by FASO
Artful Square combines the design flexibility of Squarespace with access to the FASO Circle of Marketing Center. It works well for artists who want greater control over layout and design while still benefiting from FASO’s art marketing education and resources.
Squarespace
Squarespace is a flexible platform that works well for artists, photographers, authors, and organizations that want greater control over design and page layout. It offers a wide range of design options along with integrated tools for managing content and building visually engaging websites.
Bandzoogle
Bandzoogle is a platform designed specifically for musicians. It includes tools for streaming music, managing mailing lists, selling music and merchandise, and promoting performances.
Website Consultations
Some clients prefer to manage their own websites but want guidance along the way. Consultations provide an opportunity to review an existing site, discuss ideas, and identify areas for improvement.
