A complimentary 15-minute introductory consultation is available for prospective clients who would like to learn more about my services and discuss the general scope of their project. During this call, we'll determine whether we're a good fit and outline the best path forward.

To avoid conflicts, I ask that no changes be made to the website by anyone else—including you or platform support—while I am actively working on it.
You are welcome to contact support with questions, but please do not request or allow any changes to your site during this time.

Timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the project, as well as how quickly content is provided. Smaller updates or reviews may be completed in a single session, while larger projects may take several weeks or longer.
Email is the primary form of communication, as it allows for clear and organized tracking of details.
Because I work in focused blocks of time, I do not monitor calls or messages while actively working on a site. I respond to email as soon as I’m available.
If a conversation is needed, I’m happy to schedule a phone or Zoom meeting. I do not communicate via text message.
Yes. Ongoing support is available for updates, adjustments, or additional features as needed.

Basic photo editing includes standard adjustments such as cropping, exposure, and color correction to ensure images look clean and accurate for the web. It does not include advanced retouching or image manipulation.
Basic copy editing includes correcting spelling, punctuation, and grammar, as well as minor clarity issues, while preserving your original voice and intent. It does not include rewriting or restructuring content.
I can make light edits to improve clarity and correct grammar, but at this time, I do not provide advanced content editing.

If you are looking for something specific, feel free to ask. Many projects include custom elements depending on the needs of the site.
To keep projects on schedule, revision discussions are reserved for our final review Zoom meeting. During that session, we'll review the site together and make any included revisions before launch. Any requests beyond the agreed-upon project scope may be completed at my hourly rate of $75 per hour.

For full website projects, I typically divide the cost into three payments: one third at the time of booking, one third when all content has been received and work begins, and the final third upon completion. This helps ensure that time is reserved for your project and that work can move forward smoothly.
For smaller projects billed at an hourly rate, a deposit is usually required, depending on the scope of the work.
