Because I work in focused blocks of time, I do not monitor calls or messages while actively working on a site. I respond to email as soon as I’m available.

Basic photo editing includes standard adjustments such as cropping, exposure, and color correction to ensure images look clean and accurate for the web. It does not include advanced retouching or image manipulation.
Basic copy editing includes correcting spelling, grammar, and minor clarity issues while preserving your original voice and intent. It does not include rewriting or restructuring content.
I can make light edits to improve clarity and correct grammar, but at this time, I do not provide advanced content editing.

For full website projects, I typically divide the cost into three payments: one third at the time of booking, one third when all content has been received and work begins, and the final third upon completion. This helps ensure that time is reserved for your project and that work can move forward smoothly.
For smaller projects billed at an hourly rate, a deposit is usually required, depending on the scope of the work.
